the dull-one has noticed that many baltic peoples have a difficult time with non verbal communication in english. not really their fault, english is a weird language - it has to do with idiomatic expressions.


so my guess is that she probably comes off as being a bit "snippy" sometimes -though frankly dullboy hasn't read many of her posts.
