Forearm injections

Go for it then cuz thats one area I am NOT trying ! Even if you are successfull of doing it.. your gonna experience that tight feeling like after a good forearm workout. Your grip wont be as great either for a day or two.

I had a doctor once stick a 21g 1.5" straight down in to my wrist about an inch.... I though she was crazy and it hurt like hell cause she kept moving it but there were no problems

Was she doing a nerve block to put a fracture or a dislocation back into place?

the top of your forarms is just as vascular as the rest of your arm. not enough muscle there to get a good IM injection. not smart to do IMO

why would you? with all the veins in that area id just rough it over a little scar tissue in the glutes or quads.
 
I wouldn't bro. Forearms are so small and got so many vessels you run a risk of compartment syndrome (fluid collection compressing or closing off the vessels), which is not good if it happens.

Can’t do quads, thought I could and guess what I was wrong, wrong, wrong,

Used a ½ inch slin pin 29 guage, feels like a cramped nails in each leg, did not even work out yesterday.

I've been doing it for months with no real problems except for some tension in one of my wrists and tendons. No, this won't directly affect muscle growth like the myths of primo but i've come to believe that it stretches the muscle fibers which opens up the door for nutrients and growth.

He's not wrong about it all. The area doesn't have too many large nerves (only 2 if I can recall correctly), but beside that the muscles in your forearm are small, elongated and MANY. It's not a few large muscles but many string-like tiny ones. What you'll most likely end up doing is going through one (if even that) and then injecting into the fascia between the muscles and seriously fucking yourself up for days. But go ahead...they're your forearms.

can you use a 5/8" needle for a quad shoot or is that too short?

bro, the only thing I've heard about forearm injects, is that you can get compartment syndrome if you shoot in the wrong place, and you don't want that to happen, trust me, i've had compartment syndrome in my lower left leg by the calves, and they had to split me open on both sides to relieve the pressure, and had to leave the incision open for 4 days b4 sowing it back up. so..... I"d pick another body part to try.

have you ever seen the arm under a flourascope(sp)? Both side of the FA are just as vascular as the other. Yes you can stick a 1.5 in needle in your arm i see MDs do it all the time for blocks but it is not an IM injection. not sure how big yours are or your balls but both have to be bigger than mine. lol

Now really, you mean to tell me that there is nowhere else on your whole body you can not inject that you have to go with a risky area like the forearm. At minimum you will be sore and uncomfortable with your grip in the gym... moderate you can trigger a severe case of tendonitis from the fluid of the injection sitting in there... at worse..


Come people and use your damn heads. You sound like addicts looking for a new pipeline to use. You can't do traps, bis, tris, chest or shoulders? If you can not access any one of those places in rotating order then you need to put the needle down and stop injecting so much.
 
Not really all the possative response backup that I was looking for but F*#* it - I tend not to follow the herd anyway. For those of you who ARE interested in the results - I've been site injecting my forearms for months now with primo/eq/test and have seen only minimal results from swelling and probably some scar tissue. About 3 weeks ago I did some reasearch on Synthol and started site injecting this - the results - I have all the meat I want on my forarms even after the swelling subsides.

It IS mainfull, and It's not something that I would recommend for anyone who doesn't have at least 3 or 4 years under their belt but it's definitely something to consider if you have an area that refuses to grow with the rest of ur body. Just don't get carried away and f urself up like Valentino.
