dude can you walk, or do you sidestep like a crab? :p

lol - the inside do run together at times.

Growin touch less than 6'2"

Okay, I've got to ask. Corn, how do you explain the substantial difference in our bodies when we're damn near the same height and weight? I'm 6'2" and expect to be checking in at 230 today (I think my bodyfat has dropped to about 10%). I think you once mentioned you were in the 225-230 range. However, your back looks thicker and your quads are definetly bigger. I measured my quads on Monday (weighed in at 228) and got: upper-26.5" mid-24.75 lower-22. The lower can be kinda subjective depending on where you measure but the upper and mid measurements I think were in exactly the right position.

Just a little frustrated that I can be 230 lbs but still look how most people our height look at 210. Or maybe it's all these lead weights I'm shoving up my ass.

btw, if you don't want your look-how-awesome-I-am-thread sidetracked I'll post this in it's own thread. :D

Fo - mine are 26 at the midpoint and close to 28 at the top.

I have a small bone structure that makes me look about 10 pound gheavier than I really am.

Wrists are just under 7 inches. It's all about illusion...Work the outer heads of all muscles.

Outer delts
Outer chest
crisp obliques
outer sweep on quads
Outer calf

Just think how much easier is is for tall guys to build a LOT of muscle and not look stumpy.

I'm pretty happy with my delt and outer chest development. The areas I am very dissatisfied with are inner/inner upper chest, outer quad sweep and overall back thickness (specifically traps and spinal erectors). As for wrists, I just did a rough measurement of mine. Somewhere around 7.5"

So how much are you weighing these days? Maybe I'll take a photo when I hit 235 so you can see why I'm so frustrated. :D

Started taking ALA and have dropped a bit - low 220's.

Fro - go look at my arm pic.

Not flexed - I think it looks huge to me, but it's really not. Just the small joints.....

I saw it but I have a hard time comparing that to my own. I'm just not objective enough. The leg was an easy comparison, the arm not so much.

edited to add

I forgot, I did take full measurements of my body on Monday. No muscles had and "gym pump" going on. Left arm was 16.5" and right arm was 16.75"

18.5 with a pump.

Tell the truth

Okay, all you guys wondering how Corn's thighs look so bulky when he's 6'2" ... that was a misprint! Corn's actually 4'3". Hey, it's easy for your thighs to look bulky when they're only nine inches long!

What Corn didn't tell you, is that the picture he posted shows his legs ACTUAL SIZE ...
