when you take your post-shot shake of carbs, do you mix it with nonfat milk or water? will nonfat milk be o.k.
SOLID said:I would not add milk to my postworkout shake, because you want to shuttle those nutrients into the muscle cells right away. Milk will slow the absorbtion rate down, prolonging the nutrient uptake. Water would be best.

sure. The only thing is, Dextrose is digested very quickly, so to be safe make sure you have something to eat ready in case your blood sugar drops. Are you using slin bro?

The only proven effect of glutamine administration post-cycle is one thing: the typical post-workout decrease in plasma glutamine levels is much less severe. Does this have any tangible benefit to the athlete? Not one single study has yet to conclude one.

I started a fina @110/eod, eq @ 400/wk stack. At wk 4 I had blown up a sick amount (20#). I did not want to get that big. I was bloated and unhappy. I am an athlete and it was not working for me. I dropped the fina and subed gh. I am now in week 9 and loving it. I am strong as fuck and ripped. I have tested as low as 6.25% in the past. I would guess that right now I am between 7-8% @ 198-200#. So I am up about 13 # and I dumped a little bf as well. I am going to end the eq next wk and stay on the gh for at least another 2 months.
