My upper abs are completely different. the left pack is much larger than the right. now how the f**** do i correct that? Its not possible to only work out the four right packs. this is really annoying.
Try isolating the muscles I.E. Dumbells and the Hammer Strength machines for a while to make both sides equally as strong. Then work out the smaller side a little more. I did this and now no more dominate side to speak of. Hope this helps.
So I guess the bottom line is that in order for one side to catch up it obviously must grow at a faster rate than the other. Of course if simply isolating the weak side will make it grow faster than the rest of my body, then maybe I wasn't maximizing my workouts in the first place Anyway, I can live with it as long as long as everything keeps growing.
