I am 5'5" 190lbs and about 15%BF. I want to see if these numbers for my keto diet look right.
Sunday-Friday afternoon-2350cals/day-165gP/day,187gF/day
Friday afternoon-Saturday night-165gP/day,73gF/day,and about 750g/C during the 24 hours.
I am going on what Kakdiesel's post said about CKD. 1g/pound of bodyweight for protein, rest made up in fat. BodyweightX15-500 calories. For carb up bodyweight in Kilograms times 10-12. Bodyweight in kilos for fat and keep it below that.
Also, do you guys really follow that workout that Kakdiesel had in his post??? It sounds a little bit too much for me. What type of workout do you guys use???
Oh yea I forgot to mention he said that on your workout days that all fat should be consumed before the workout and none taken in that night after the workout. Is this true to what you guys do as well???
