For those who aren't naturally lean....

Curious, I'm about to start bulkin in a few days (& thanks to those who helped plan it). I was wondering what was the longest period you ever bulked for? And not just where you put on "weight", but where your diet is dead on....just curious, and thought it might be interesting to see what type of results one would get in maybe six months or a year......peace....Fire
 
when i first really got into lifting and learned about diet and nutrition i started to bulk and i gained over 30lbs in 4 months

for 4 months my diet was PERFECT it wasnt so hard cause i did not have to go into work but was still getting paid so i had all the time in the world to eat and sleep.. i only trained 3 maybe 4 days a week i rotated full body splits with an old school type 3 day routine
 
This past bulker was my best ever. I have never stayed this lean(lean for me in winter) while still gaining so much. I still put on fat but less then normal, the reason is I added T3 for the 8 weeks, 25mcg a day and it was a huge difference for me.

Doing exactly the same now, but ive added t-rex in aswell. Great results so far!

Combine bulking & cutting into one cycle:

wk 1-4 bulk
wk 5 cut
wk 6-8 bulk
wk 9-10 cut
wk 11-12 bulk
wk 13-15 cut

That way you end the cycle having already shed the extra fat you gained.

that is what I do each cycle, but i do all the cutting at the end 11-15.

For my diet, cut carbs in half and only eat clean ones like oatmeal, brown rice, whole grain bread.

I add Cardio 4 times/week for last 4 weeks.

Gear stays the same except I add Winny for last 4 weeks.
