The list indicates that "new lab" should be up and running in mid July. That being said its not really late at all. I know he is busy right now (for obvious reasons) and maybe does not have time to be on the computer returning emails 24/7. This isn't one of those deals where your pizza is free if not delivered within 30 minutes or less.
Just my opinion: He is a standup bro and until I have a valid reason to think otherwise that will remain my opinion of him.
