The list indicates that "new lab" should be up and running in mid July. That being said its not really late at all.

True in a way, but my order did not conist of his new line of products, it was stuff he had in stock from the past.

Everybody hold the fuck up one minute...

let me get this shit straight....

1.) order is placed well over 4 months ago in the neighborhood of $1000.

2.) I'm lied to and told numerous times, it's on the way.

3.) he finally comes clean and says, okay you got nothin on the way.

4.) he tells people waiting they will be compensated, and we all have nothing to show for it.

5.) He doesn't reply to any e-mails. Big Aragon. I appreciate the fact yoyu said i can e-mail you, but you say you know for fact it has been 2 days since i spoke to him. try 4 weeks (FOR FACT). i e-mailed him a few days ago and yesterday and so did a mod, and still no response. Ripper 911 e-mailed 3x in the past 3 weeks. he got no response.

6.) I have been keeping in touch with a mod on a daily basis, doing things the right way. In the mean time, i have been trying to get the ball rollin on either finally being able to post him a scammer (THE FACT THAT STANDS RIGHT NOW)...or get a refund, and not just to myself.

So I hear people say calm down. Well when should i get pissed? At a year and four months? What the fuck? Maybe i should send more money in the mean time and try and get the guilt to build?

And Jubei, no disrespect, i am dissing no one here, until you have reason to beleive otherwise? what more reason do you need/ A bunch of good bros who sent money, got lied to, got no refund or new lab products. and don't even get e-mails returned for weeks on end. tell me sir, how much reason do you need? open your eyes and your ears man.

I'm the bad guy here right? I'll be e-mailing Nathan and Aragon, since they extended the courtosy. Not for nothin, i've been tryin to do this the right way this whole time? I know how you guys feel but this Bro is no scammer. He had my money for 4 weeks then told me he's sorry about not shipping ( busy with the new lab) and that he would ship. Well to weeks later nothing. So after a few more weeks I was able to get my money back. The Bro gave me his cell number to call him and get the tracking # for the WU. I know he went to collect some item for the new lab and was going to be away for a week. This was last Friday I talked to him.
If he you have a order with him he will fill it with extras for the delay if he's smart or he's going to lose a lot of customers.

slyder190, You have every right to be pissed off. I was and it was for less time and money. He made a big mistake by bull shitting people that he shipped when he didn't. And there is no good reson not to reply to your emails. Of course he is using the money to start you the new company. Which again is fucking wrong. I hope he give you a shit load of free stuff for your troubles.

I didn't want to be the one to say he went out of town on business for a few days, but there would be your reason why he's having trouble responding to e-mails. Look guys, last I talked to him, he's fucking stressing about the new lab. But, the last I remember him going on about (endlessly) was how excited he is that he's FINALLY got this new lab coming out. He'll do you all right in the end or he'll lose business obviously. No one will lose money though. Think about how tough and time-consuming it must be to set up a lab, and get all the raw ingredients, labels, etc. Especially when some raw ingredients don't come in powder form , but rather only in liquid form. How the fuck do you ship mass amounts of that into the country? Beats the hell out of me. Anyways, he's also trying to get it all right the FIRST TIME. He plans on being around for a while longer as far as I know after all.

Slyder - I know how you are feeling though. When I speak with him next, yours will be the first name that comes up, I assure you.

He actually left what he was doing to answer the bullshit:

1- He hasn't answered emails in 2 fuckin' days. Monday and tuesday

2- the assholes who keep talking about waiting 8weeks, 13 weeks...blah blah,

He offered to send you your money back (after the original order was seized, ie ripper?, ) or you could wait until July to get a substantial (huge) amount of gear from his new line shipped DOMESTICALLY. Those who chose the later, why the fuck are you complaining. It was your decision

3- Slyder, he told me you received some of your order and you will be refunded by WU with a big fuck you from him and from his loyal customers.
