I will give his old e-mail a shout, just to say I covered that base. Mr. New Product line will get no sympathy from me. If you can't even keep your customers updated to give them peace of mind, then you get no respect. If he's having so many problems, he shouldn't be hyping up the supposed lab and its' big take off. These products don't exist in my opinion. He can't send refunds? WTF? This guy may have been a good bro in the past, as he was for a little while with me, even when we first had differences, we were able to work things out, but then he still never came through. His good days are apperently over. he has nothing to say to defend himself either. I know for fact he reads this board. And for the other boys waitin on him, feel free to jump so the good bros of this board know it's not just me.
