Been loving the carb rotating thing..
100g weight lifting days, 30-50g nonweight training(cardio) days.

Just wondering..if it encourages your appetite to increase more? For example, today i did not weight train, so it was lo carb. But ive been hungry non stop. Eating way more protein than usual..is this ok...i dont wana go overboard on the protein.

spatts, u said to increase protein on low carb days but how many more grams do you have (what is your total for a low carb day).

all opinions welcome...

If you are looking at keeping total calories the same, replace grams of carbs with grams of protein. Some people like to keep protien consistent throughout. Fill up on extra veggies if you can. I wouldn't go overboard on extra fats though, that's just me, if I increase fats, I get fat.

Another trick is if you use a MRP, put it in the blender with TONS of ice, make it sooooo thick you get soooo full. :D

Add some more veggies to your meals and drink tons of water..I keep protein pretty much the same throughout.

Use veg to fill up. Don't increase fats on low carb days, I see no purpose to that what so ever other than to provide exogenous fat for your body to oxidize rather than what you have on your ass.

You will be hungry, you're cutting, get used to it and stay busy.

I am new to this carb rotating thing....been considering giving it a try....but my natural instinct would be to do cardio on the high (100g) carb day to burn off the extra carbs.
