For the nature lovers.....it doesn't get any better

Here in Sydney a couple of days ago, we had the rare priviledge of witnessing two whales enter Sydney Harbour and play for hours under Sydney Harbour Bridge......it was unbelievable. On my way back from a work meeting i heard a news update on the radio and raced down in my car to Blues Point, a great viewing spot on the harbour. The whales literally came to within metres of us. There were thousands of people watching everywhere.

What a fanstatic story my Greek Pal! You are sooooo lucky to live where you do! I envy you! You need to throw a camera in your car for events such as these..CAPTURE IT ALL!

I've seen whales on Cape Cod before here in the States. I read that there were some beaching themselves again on the Cape. Sad!

Cool.. On a smaller scale with me, Manatee's are cool to be close to.

Not many whales outside of Sea World here in FL waters.

I would love to get to see them up close. The only ones I have seen were a good distance away, but there was still something about being as close as I was.
