Hey Spatterson,
I can't find a thread in which you detailed carb rotating. There was some stuff in there about BMR and lean body mass, too, it seems. I know 3 days low (.5g/kg), 2 days high (2 g/kg) or high on training days and low on non-traing days. Do cardio-only days count as 'training days'?
And no, you don't have to post the link to your cutting diet again!
