have some advise.... besides AS.

Question for ya...Does wearing 2 sweaters and sweatpants increase fatburning during cardio?

I need 2 lbs a week loss to make it. Ihave my diet and training program covered with my coach.

Anthing would be of great help. I need some encouragement if u have any.

This might be a little off topic but... When you figure on what exactly you`re doing make sure you don`t veer away from that. Especially during contest prep one starts thinking "more is better" or am I doing enough and start to go off of thier PREDETERMINED (and well thought out) schedule trying to lose it all in one workout, am I taking enough supps/drugs... etc etc...
I guess what I`m trying to say is stay focused. lol Whatever you decide. and good luck.

I suggest you don't use supplements until your weight loss slows down, then use ephidrine and caffeine. They kill your appetite which really helps.

Count your calories so you know how much you need to drop by when your weight loss slows.

There are many good diets around, especially on this board, but it might be a bit late to experiment with them. Some might not work for you, so make a plan and stick to it.

stick w/ the diet and the sweaters will not be needed

P.S. 2lbs.. a week? for a woman that's natural...that's not easy.
