Please do not put your girl on gear. Some guys have the best of intentions, but women's dosages are completely different from mens and the compounds can cause irreversible damage or side effects. It's really cool to feel like she looks up to you, but don't sacrifice her health for your ego.

If she is thinking about it, have her do the research herself.

i put my girl on this 8 week cycle 6 months ago:

1000mg of SUST EOD. (-8 weeks)
200mg of TREN EOD (1-6 weeks)
40mg of D-BOLS ED (1-3 weeks just to kickstart the cycle

proper pct and everything and she turned out ok.

I have never put my girl on AAS, but I have heard that a low dose of Anavar, like 5mg ED will harden a woman up and give her more tone and definition with absolutely no side affects....my girl has friends who play top-level college soccer and some of them have used oral Winstrol before. I have seen these girls and they really look good. Their legs are toned and ripped, shoulders look nice, they perform extremely well at their sport, etc. So that has always been in her head and she always asks me stuff about AAS but I always say its not for her, even though she gets frustrated that I run all sorts of crap (she thinks I'm holding out on her).

Is there a "safe" way to use something like Anavar for women or are they really just better off without it?

Even so, I still don't think I would ever help her with AAS...this is more just for my knowledge and understanding of how it works with women.

i know plenty of girls that cycle and look great.. just need to do it right.. id never give anything to my wife tho...shes a big enough bitch without the added steroid kick
