I have had some bad anxiety problems in the past and I really started to notice them when I started using gear. I have done tons of research and I came across a book that has natural solutions to almost anything you can think of. I have been on this vitamin shedule for about 3-4+ weeks and it has really helped me with anxiety

Calcium--2000mg/Day

Magnesium--600-1000mg/Day

Multi Vitamin and
mineral complex with potassium--99mg/Day

Vitamin B complex--use as directed

Vitamin B1--50mg/3x a day

Vitamin B6--50mg/3x a day

Niacinamide--1000mg/Day

Vitamin C--5000+mg/Day taken in divided doses

Zinc--50-80mg/Day

Chromium Picolinate--200mcg/Day

St Johns Wort oil--Taken as directed

It goes into detail as to why these work so if you would like me to I will post that as well. The book is very helpful and has things to help with joint pain, heart problems, liver, kidney problems ect.... Hope this helps some people with there anxiety, I know it is not a nice thing to deal with

BTW..... Selenium is also a great addition to this as it is shown to put peoples minds at eas better then when there diet is laking the required amount. Use it as directed.

I think that certain vitamins do help, ZMA calms me down at night so that I can sleep when I'm stressed out. This is a worthwhile post for everyone to read.

I have been taking most of whats on that list for the past 6 months out of all of them the Vitabin B complex I have noticed has helped the most with my Anxiety and panic attacks....

As far as the St. Johns Wort, I noticed hair loss. Although I could just be paranoid, cause I read in an article (It was a womens magazine) that some women may experience hair loss from it, I am a Male but I got paranoid and could have sworn it was causing hair Loss.
I started taking wellbutrin about a month ago and also noticed hair loss. That might be my body though cause I notice more hair loss with Anti Depressants (Wellbutrin, Paxil, St. Johns Wort, Celexa), than I notice with gear, seems freakin weird but I guess im all screwed up...

I have never noticed that with St Johns before and I have been on it on and off since about week 3 of my last cycle many months ago. I'll see if I can find any info on that. Vitamin B's are great, I have also been takin large abounts of Panthoenic acid(B-5) for my acne and I think it has helped as well.

I used to suffer from panic "episodes" during high school and early college.
It seems to get better as you mature. Anyone else have this experience?

I read about that a while ago. I am guessing it is because are the hormons are racing around when you are that age that it may cause them but that is just a pure guess and I have no real explanation for it.

If you have a problem with anxiety or depression you need to see a professional.

I have been to a doc and they just told me to try and relax and offred to put me on Xanax(Sp?) This worked for me so I'll stick with what works.

Hey Mustang, you did the right thing by not taking the xanax. You don't need that shit.
I highly discourage anyone from going on any addictive substances at a younger age.
Shit, I'm only 22, but when I was 18 (19) I used to get panic episodes. My doctor put me
on celexa and ativan for two years. That shit fucked me up more than it did any good.
When I came off, my problems got worse and I was suffereing from withdrawals. You
think giving AS to anyone under 20 is a bad idea, then how about an addictive psych med??
