Hey Mustang. If you REALLY don't mind, I wouldn't mind seeing the logic behind the use of those particular vits and the doses. Some doses seem a bit high to me (like the vit C) so I'd be interested to see.
Calcium--A natural tranquilizer
Magnesium--Helps relive anxiety, tension, nervousness, muscular spasms, and tics. Best taken with calcium
Multi-Vitamin--To provide needed nutrients in balance
Potassium--essential for proper function of the adrenale glands
Vitamin B Complex--helps maintain normal nervous system function
Vitamin B1--helps reduce anxiety and has a calming affect on the nerves
Vitamin B6--A known energizer that also exerts a calming affect. Important in the function of certain brain chemicles
Niacinamide--In large doses has a calming affect
Vitamin C--Nessesary for proper function of adrenal glands and brain chemestry. In large doses can have a powerful tranquilizing effect and is known to decrease anxiety. Vital for dealing with stress
Zinc--Can have a calming affect on the central nervous system
Chromium Picolinate--Chromium deficiency can produce symptoms of anxiety
Selenium--Has shown to elavate mood and decrease anxiety.
I do not have all the exact science on it yet but I'll run a couple of searchs and see what else I can come up with. Gotta run, be back later on tonight.
