Well, ive been cutting up for the last 8 weeks using a CKD diet of course and slin during the carb-ups. 4 more weeks to go and then its bulking time. Current stats: 5'8'' 205lb %7.5-%8 bf.
Heres what im planning on cycling. Keep in mind the MOST important thing, and my goal for this 14 week cycle is to TOTALLY MINIMIZE fat gain while adding as much muscle as possible.
First off i will be cycling my diet, starting off with 3 weeks CKD bulking diet using Humalog on carb-ups, and then 3 weeks of the following diet: ~4600cal, 350gm prot, 700gm carbs, 15-20gm fat MAX..... Weight workouts will be 5 days straight 2x a day....12iu of Humalog before w/o, 15-18iu of Humalog IM after w/o. Sipping on a 100gm dextrose/10gm BCAA drink during workout, then after w/o pounding down a 150gm-175gm dextrose/60gm whey shake....Then 2 rest days--NO SLIN--45min moderate cardio only.

frontloaded EQ @ 1.2gm then 600mg
100mg winny ED
starting at week 6 GAC para 75mg EOD

arimidex .5mg ED
