I'm not a woman, but I prefer copper wire, rope, or barbed fencing for picking people up. If you cinch it tight enough, you can decapitate a person and watch as they slowly(or quickly) bleed out.

Shove a spike into his/her eyeball and stomp it in as deep as possible. Do the same on the other side, then take the head into a game room and drive the spikes further through the eye sockets and into the wall.
