They have always been able to get driver licenses here in Ca.

In the last 2-3 years DMV got online with Social Security, so all the illegals that have had their drivers license for years are not being able to renew them.

if they can get driver's licence and pay the taxes .Maybe that would help reduce the deficit that california have .On the other hand they will still drive with or without drivers licence .
