For all Deca lovers.......

this is my first post in months bro, just checkin back in, i've been out of commission for a while. I am preparing a Sus/Deca cycle i will be starting in about a month. I am also new to Deca and was wandering if 300 mgs/wk will be sufficient with 500 mgs of sus. one more thing, i will be using nolva as well, how would you guys recommend using the nolva...for the end? throughout the cycle? thanks

300mg/week of Deca should be ok with 500mg test. Depends on your goals of course however, this will put on quite a bit of mass.

As far as the Nolva, keep it on hand throughout the cycle and use only if you detect sensetivity or itching in the nipples OR if the water bloat becomes a nuisance.

This is a great combination and should produce a very nice change in body composition. Good luck!

You will get 10 lbs no prob with that. 300 mg a week is good and is what I like to do. As said earlier the nolva is a just in case. Never hurts to have it on hand.

I'm in week 9 of my 10 weeks 400MG deca/500MG sust a week cycle. I took 10MG nolvadex ED during the whole cycle. So far I gained 18 lbs, strength went thru the roof. Squats up 80 lbs, benchpress up 65lbs.

What's your cycle history? If this is your first deca/sust cycle 300MG deca + 500MG sust is more than enough. You might add some dbol 15-40MG ED the first 4 weeks.

Don't forget post cycle; hcg + nolvadex for 2 weeks, and clomid for 3 weeks.

This was my third cycle, but first time I used deca and sust.

My next cycle will definitely include deca and sust/test again.
