Foot Numbness

This is wierd! I woke up yesterday morning with my heel totally numb and it runs all the way down my foot to the little toe, even the big toe is a little numb. Still feels the same way today. I did not injure the foot that I know of. I have had a respiratory virus since about Wednesday last week and have been on cycle of Test E., EQ, Tren with Test P. for about 6 weeks. I am not on any HGH and not diabetic that I know of. I will be 49 this year. What do you guys think, is it something I should worry about (gear related) or just some kind of nerve impingement?

No back problems or injuries that I know of. I did squats last Sunday with my top sets of 405 for 3 reps and 425 for 2 reps with no problems.
