. Last Saturday I went out for a rare social drink for a Friends bd and ended up overdoing it slightly. I def had a mild case of alcohol poisoning via vodka water lime juice. I rarely ever drink so it doesn't take much. That following Sunday when I crawled out of bed I went out and had a small pizza and chicken wings. Once again I'm very healthy and follow a strict diet so I figured a mild venture off course wouldn't hurt. But since then I cant keep anything down and Monday I was hurdled over in pain Tuesday too. Complete liquid stools. Today I hit the gym lightly followed by a small meal and within hours I was bloated severe with major pain and then came the liquid stools again. I def done goofed but should I be concerned? I bought some Pepto, ginger root, probiotics you name it I have it and it seems to be helping but I've lost 10 pounds from my bulk which sucks. I am pretty sure the chicken wings were undercooked I ha the same thing happen once before from chicken fingers but it didn't last this long. Any advice or just tough it out? After i use the bathroom all bloat goes away and I feel fine until I eat again
