1) Add a little bit of margarine to your oatmeal. I find it to be delicious without diminishing nutrition to any significant degree.

2) Cottage Cheese, Equal, Cinnamon- GREAT SNACK! I can't believe I just thought of it.

Sorry, if these ideas are repetetive to all of you, but for me they are new, and I just thought I would share.
