No way you´re at 7% BF, looks like a good 10% to me. If you´re at 7% I´m sure I was at 4% pre contest. (I measured out at 8% and I was really ripped, with veins popping out and all)

I think you look good, you've got some quality thickness going on and you obviously took the pic cold. But I'd work the traps, tris and shoulders a bit harder. Just keep on keepin' on brother. It does look like around 9% to me but I sure as hell could be wrong, my eyes aren't calibrated to see +/- 1% bf, as you well know brother.

I think some people don't look as hard or shredded when their bodyfat is really low. A couple of years ago, I had my bf tested at Golds (calipers - not fully accurate I know) at under 5%, yet I didn't feel fully shredded. I didn't believe her at first and had her do it twice in different places too.

I think you look great Fonz. If you don't mind me asking, what is your cycle history?
