3-4% BF!!!!!!!!!!This is incredible!!!!I've seen my training partner just before a show and he was at 4.7% and he was the cuttest people I've ever seen.Glutes ripped,tri'ripped for all the lenght!!And others muscle you can immagine.
For ripped I mean:muscolar fibers in clear evidence and no skin pinch!
Fonz you can post your pics w/out face and putting some slips that your parents are haven't seen.

Guys, 3-4% is only maintainable for 1 maybe 2 weeks.
And I've seen guys at 2.2% BF. VERY freaky.
And sorry, but no pcs from me. Maybe one day
when I finally convince my mother that steroids
are safe, but for now no.
She's the typical upper-class Catholic aristocrat
who thinks even ephedrine is BAD, so you can
imagine her response to my steroid use.
Sometimes, I envy some of the guys here whose
families accept their steroid use, but mine
would close ranks on me in a heart-beat.
Steroid use is akin to heroin use in their minds.
Its the "needle"-thing that scares most people.
Only my girlfriend knows, thats it. Nobody else.
(Not counting you guys of course).

And Panerai, in 1 90 minute soccer game I can burn
close to 1000Kcal. Probably more.
In Rugby, its probably even more than this.. 60mins
Non-stop. I'm the full-back and I run NON-stop.
In fact, I normally eat 4000kcal/day for maintenance.
For Bulking, I go for 6000Kcal/day.

irritation.
