After reading you comments on one of the Fina threads, how about posting your diet/cardio/supplementation program as well as stats. (Like you have nothing else to do :)

Seriously - I think it will be very useful to us mere mortals.
 
LOL Cornholio, here it is:

Stats(as of 08/8/2001)

BW: 193.5lbs
BF%: 4.8%

Dietary regimen:

1. 5 meals/day
2. Kcals in(average): 3400
3. Ratio: 50%protein/30%Fat/20%carbs)
Protein at 400-450g/day.

I tend to hold water when I eat carbs. I lose fat
faster when I eat more fat.
People tend to eat too many carbs.
Unless I'm playing soccer or Rugby I always keep
carbs below 1g/lb.

5 meals/day is fine if you consume a lot of fat as
it slows down gastric emptying and improves
protein utilization.
I eat a jar of peanut butter a day Btw for my fat
calories. Frigging LOVE the stuff.

Here are my supplements:

1. ALA(Lipoic Acid): 2000mg/day
2. PPA or Ephedrine: Depending how tired
I am. 100mg/day
Ephedrine gets me wired while PPA does not.
3. 300mg Tren.acetate ED. Self-made at a
200mg/ml potency. Just 1.5cc's/day
4. 3mg Ketotifen/day
5. GHB at 5.0g at 2-3 AM to go to bed.
(sometimes I use it during the day if
I go to the pub. I just order a diet coke and
take 3ml's and I'm good to go....LOL)
6. Bromocriptine at 2.5mgs/day at exactly 11PM
7. Multi-vit+mineral
8. Liquidex at 1/4cc ED or 1/2cc EOD. Its a PAIN
in the ass to measure.
9. Reduced L-glutathione 600mgs/day
10.Cranberry extract: 3000mgs/day
11. L-tyrosine at 1g for tanning purposes
12. 25mcgs of T3 daily.
13. 40g Creatine/day w/ the ALA
Creatine does seem to have ergogenic properties even while
on gear. Its cheap too.


Cardio:

In as far as cardio is concerned I just play competitive sports.
Now, its bball, rugby, badmington and soccer.
I hate just sitting on a bike. I need to play something.

Normally 5-6 times/week.


Nothing to it really.

Well, I'm 5"9. I don't look "huge" by any means but I do have
unnaturely "dense" muscles. Sort of like Dorian.
I prefer to be an athlete than a pure bodybuilder.
Hell, I can run the 100m in 11.24s, 38-inch
vert and run the forty in 4.5s.
The highest bodyweight I ever hit was 225lbs at 9%
on a DECA(1000mgs/week)+RU-486 cycle, but had
to stop because I cracked 5 ribs playing
american football. Got CRANKED by a 295lb
D-end, dojng an Orange-500 up the middle.
I tend to lose athleticism if I go over 200lbs.
Specially in soccer.
Before my Deca cycle I had done 4-years of all-oral cycles
with pretty much every oral known to man with the exception
of Methyltrienolone, which I consider to be a CRAZY-persons
roid. Mibolerone is as far as I've gone.(Thats Cheque Drops
btw).

WTF? Are you in contest prep? Do you stay at that bf all the time (please tell me no!)? How high does your bf get while bulking?

My BF% normally oscillates between 6.5%-7.5% year-round.
Highest I've ever gone in bulking ws 12% when on a MASSIVE
7500Kcal/day bulking cycle 3 years ago. Nowadays, I don't
go over 10%.
I cut down to 3-4% only when going to the beach.
Ahhh...vanity........LOL j/k I just like to prove to myself
that I can do it.
With DNP dieting is a joke. Before, it used to be
HELL to get down to even 5%, but with DNP
no problemo whatsoever.
