So I walked for 22 minutes after my workout. When I hit 4.0 at 7 minutes I had to bring it down for awhile but got back up to 4 and at 20 minutes realized that was good for today
so 160 cals burned, I am going for 180 tomorrow LOL (baby steps)
WORKOUT
10min warmup - walking on the treadmill
supersets of 6/8/10/8
one minute of abs inbetween sets - these will be done slowly and precise as I can get as to not hurt my back (these started to hurt my back) LOL
push ups
bent over row 20lbs (17lbs)
incline bench press 40lbs
back extension
Stretching after! and will be done again before i go to bed! (thx trelin)
MOOD
I feel energized and happy I did it. Going to pick up the tylenol 3's for sure today, LOL, but satisfied I did something! Worked till 3:00 am on my case study, going to finish it off tonight, but go to bed early.. off to shower and playdate.
