Was a post not too long ago with some good info, hate to tell you that, but seems to me that it woould be better to read those posts. it was flyin wit gear I think
in light of the the recent WTC tragedy, I wouldn't reccommend you try to smuggle any gear with you on a plane. Where are you flying from? It might be easier to send yourself the stuff via USPS.
I've carried it in bags I checked in several times, including flights out of the country. But I would NOT do it now. They are routinely going through luggage now.
