It was a different weekend...not much training...I did do my shoulder and tricep workout on saturday.
I was in a lazy mood, but managed to get it done.
It was very different...I went around 10:00 and it's a strange hour for me.
I enjoy the early morning or late afternoon workouts.
Today is another different day for me.
Since yesterday I did not do any kind of exercise, just social work...:lmao:
I had breakfast with dad at Country Club and my children!!!
It was good!
Spinach & Cheese omelette...green juice...
Lunch was not bad, "Carne en su jugo"
That is a traditional mexican dish, it is really clean dish if you cook it right!
If anyone wants the recipe let me know!!!
So back to today!!!!
I am not having my deep tissue massage today becase I did not workout yesterday...
So I am going to park in a while....work some HITT and lunges afterwards.
Food must be clean clean clean!!!!!
I ate cake yesterday...and no ordinary cake...hazelnut chocolate cake....
More sugar and butter in frosting than I want to think of!!!

Your back looks quite muscular! Definately improvement from your too skinny pics posted not too long ago. :)
You might find that you bulk better eating a little junk-some people do. You certainly don't need to worry about a fat layer right now. Eat up! :chomp:

I did squats last week on the smith machine, I think I must have positioned my knees/ankles wrong...it hurts right above knee cap...
I think it is a tendon/ligament thing.

Good Morning Everyone!
I slept in ..LOL...It was raining and was going to play golf, so that is out of todays panorama!
I just weighed myself 58.8 K...that is up 6.8 Kg....since May 3.
I do feel tighter...I love to strech my arms and feel them..Wooohooo!!!
Skin is softer than soft, Moodiness at times when I don't get my way, teenager attitude.
But damn it^^^ I'd rather learn to be patient or give in, if it makes me grow...
In every sense.
Oh I forgot to say that even with the "weight" gain, more LBM gain I know than fat%...
MY size 0 jeans and other clothes still fit..
I look Plumper, yes! Not spread out!
Compact would be a nice adjective.
Legs fit nicely and ass seems rounder waist is a little big.
Waist has always been a problem...small.
I am blabbing away....
Going to make breakfast for the man of the house and then off to park.
Today I will also put up some mosquito nets in my windows.
I will have to make a "remedy" because windows open outwards so I am thinking of glueing them with silicone.
I don't like to do house repair, but UGH...

I did my shoulder workout Which I love, and some abs...could not do alot because shoulder was cramping up everytime I pu my hands behind my neck...

Cigarillo!!!!!!!!! :shocked: Esta bien..Used to be Marlboro Menthol Light 100s for me..occasionally I have the "Stress" cigarette- Ha! But my "emergency pack" is buried in a shoe box in my trunk..and lasts like 3 months. Good workout..I never did do walking lunges...should try them. I, too, am working out with J...and not doing cardio after..only doing it weekends, fri-sun like 45 min..bad?? My weight is dropping though...I am like you now with the cardio... :qt: Miss you..going home now, talk manana..xoxoxoxo :heart:

I don't want to sound like I am an ungrateful bitch, that would be Barbie
I have gained muscle, I am content.
I am just afraid of gaining alot of body fat and all my gains look "soft".
So Good things..
1. My clothes still fit, they fit differently of course pants rounder in the ass, celulite has gone down.
2. Calves seem better also front & sides are fuller...Not so much as a "fine mare" It's a mexican Joke...about women who have thin thin legs...
So my calves are growing slowly but surely.
I am doing two calf days, One is my own body weight without tennis shoes, and doing lifts ballet style, on my toes and back down...I am sure you get the picture...100 X 2...Grrrrrr Roar!
3. My back is my love...I love my back in the pictures I have posted it is not very noticeable but hey when I move around gym or house and see it in the mirrors...Yo mama!! I think I am hot!!!
4. Biceps are showing vascularity and triceps are bigger they get really pumped, rock hard, still I think my tricep is bigger than my bicep..
Trying to figure out how I make bicep grow, and tricep leaner.
About my food it has been good, sometimes tortillas that are corn, so I think that is making me retain water, and maybe even fat.
Will drop those...I just have to make some kind of hypnosis...

Todays workout was tricep I added the calves and some ab work...

Tricep Overhead with DB...(I hope that is the name)
3 X 12 25 lbs, 1 X 12 20lbs.
DB kickbacks 4 X 15 8 lbs.
Rope pulldowns 4 X 12 20lbs.
One hand pulldown with triangle holder...( )
Hand facing up
4 X 12
Hand facing down
4 X 12
These last two left me almost dead...tricep was BIG!!!!

My last meal was 5 egg whites and 1 slice american cheese....

Re the sex beforecompetition. Many people believe it is draining, especially for endurance type events. I per5sonally don't know, but many of my hockey player friends won't have sex the day of a game, or a couple of days before a tournament.

You seem to be on top of where your physique is. You are objective when something isn't up to par, and you can admit when some aspect is stunning (your back). So many people are influenced by external factors that one day they feel great, and the next day they feel too fat or skinny.
And your log makes me smile every time I visit. Your joie de vivre is delightful.

Hi Guys! I am in ahurry to get on the bike for a while...
I was a beach bum...It was good and awful at the same time...
I went for brisk walk this morning and 346 cals, and now for a bike ride...stroll whatever JUST need to move...
Here is a picture from the beach...first three days I was good with diet then Hell kicked in and ate pizza cookies oh my god just plain junk...
No bowel movements and I am ready to explode...YUK!!!!!

I have been eating clean not 100% around 90% everyday...Lifting only one body part a day...and Hvae as of this Monday began cardio...up hill brisk walks...pace avg 8:30 per KM max was 8:12 perKM

Anyhow I copied the calorie intake with macro's for 1 week and made my own menu within those ranges...
Started today...
M1 1 scoop VPX zero carb protein and 7 walnut halves...

Seriously...me too..I read the article and I do understand it..but I am thinking, dang she must have been so hungry those days the cals were real low..I know I am starving after some grueling workouts and i am sure I don't come close to expending the effort she did..but the cycling is a smart idea, I think, to try.
