Flor Is At It Again!!

Shoulder, tricep, bicep workout!!! I almost died!!! It was Great!!!
Hard as hell but great!! I did not chicken out!!!

Ok yesterdays workout had me dragging myself in my sleep!!!
Shoulder
Reverse Peck Deck
5 X 8 7.5 lbs I had to substitute the peck deck with individual cable because machine was N/A.
Lateral Raises
5 X 8 10lbs.
Frontal raises with Z bar
5 X 10
Tricep
Rope pulldowns
NICE NICE FORM!!!
20 lbs (ja! I know girlie girlie) 4 X 12
Individual cable pushdown palm facing up

Biceps
SUPERSET
Real suffering began here....
z bar curls 4 X12 (10 kilos approx)
DB curl 4 X 12 10lbs
DB hammer curl 4 X 12 10lbs....
I was dying! My forearms were big huge humongous!!!
LOL...bicep tricep everything was pumped...
I could not move as I was dreaming...it hurt...not sore hurt just real real tired...
 
Took these just now...I have to go wash dishes...
Oh and don't laugh at arm flex...still have no idea how to do it right...
