i do floorpresses in the power rack
lucky i get the safety pins so far down that the bar doesn't touch them by like 1cm when my elbows touch the ground
what you could probably do is get some of those really big plates with a large diameter,
the problem is that when you can't get it on some hooks you would have to press it from a static position up - without an eccentric phase,
by the way, i read some wsb article where it said that in the floorpress you can do approx. 90-95% of your bench press, which i don't really understand
is it because the legs are completely out of the lift?
i always thought that since you don't get the bar down to the chest you ought to do more weight....
