flipping tires

If im following a westside based routine.. what day would you suggest flipping a tire on?

you could do it at an extra workout, or at the end of you you lower body days.

if i flip a tire its w/events on sun after me lower ...but since i do so many events usually i cut down the me lower to one me move..some abs, calves and maybe ghr's

Tire flipping is no joke. In my very brief strongman experience, tire flipping was the one event I thought I was going to puke on.

148, I do my strongman type moves on DE day as accessory work sometimes. We have a 920 pound tire, so it's a "team flipper" for now.
