Flexibility

I injured my back and hip snowboarding(overshot the landing on a 35 ft table top, couldn't absorb the landing caught a back edge and got slammed straight to my side) about 6 weeks ago.

Now my flexibility is terrible in my hip-flexors and in my piriformis. It's not painful, just feels impeded.

When I do squats it's making my technique all screwy because I don't have the flexibility my body is used to having. The difference between my left(injured) and right leg flexibilty is ridiculous.

Any suggestions on specific stretches to improve flexibilty in these areas? The ones that I'm doing right now are:

Still having "pain" in those areas when squatting?

no pain, it just feels awkward, kind of like when I was first learning how to squat. Maybe I just need to be more patient, it's just hard to hold back when I don't have any actual pain.

i'll try the foam roll thing, I know they have some of those around the gym that I go to
