I've also read fish oil is worse for men that flax oil... I've been taking flax for the past two years and feel nothing but it's benefits... Cleaner skin to name the most important. The second i stop my skin dries out and i get a tiny breakout but when i get back on my skin clears and up and i just feel better.

I've never seen anything stating it binds up test. I've used Flax for about 10 years now and had nothing, but benefits.

Flax contains fiber and omega 3 fatty acids. I would not discard them for fear of lower testosterone. The dosage should be 1 tablespoon oil or 2 tablespoons ground flax seed (which I prefer)

This should be mixed with an oil that is higher in omega 6 and 9 such as olive oil. I also like safflower oil

Fish oil is not a replacement for flax. There is no epa or dha oils in flax. fish oil is it's own beast.

I would not.
Make sure the fish oil is free of mercury. Nordic Naturals is free of mercury and is one of the best out there
