Flaxseed Oil

ok, i just bought this stuff and its 1000 mg gel pills. it says to take 2 to 3 a day with meals. know i know flax seed oil is good for cardio health but what exact benfits are given by it and about how long till i see results? i'm not working out to get big, i'm mainlyworking out now to get cut so will this help like with running or anything? thanks

You'll actually want to take more then that. Flax oil is superior then the caps. Take AT LEAST 10g daily, in divided dosages, away from your exercise. Flax oil has many benefits. Results are hard to see in the short term. They are EFA's, which are necssary for general, overall health.

EFA's can help with weight loss/control when combined with a proper diet etc. (although this is minor when compared to their effect on cardiovascular health) so they are integral to ALL diets, whether cutting or bulking. As far as noticeable gains, you would probly notice their absence more than their presence if you know what I mean.
 
heard that flaxseed oil is only good in liquid form - keep in frig. 2 tblspns 2x daily in shakes for a week add spoonfull til you've got 4 in each shake. packs on solid muscle! add too much flaxseed oil too fast you'll have the shits
 
4 tblspns of flax is ~440 cals!

It depens on your dietary, EFA needs, start w/1 Tblspn & work up to 2, I doubt you will need anymore than 2 tblspns as part of a meal. Also flax wont pack on solid muscle...only anabolics+good eating+heavy training will do that....flax is an easy & economical way to get your dieatry fats-

It also lowers cholestral levels!!!!!
