I bought my first bottle of Flaxseed oil recently and have a few questions.
I read in an article that if the oil tastes even slightly bitter it should be thrown out because it can quickly become rancid. The thing is the bottle I bought was the last on the shelf, and when I got home I noticed it was leaking. The seal didn't seem broken though but when I tasted it, I did notice a slighty bitter taste. Is this normal or should there be no bitterness at all?
Also, do you guys keep the flax oil in the fridge because I read that this was important too.
Thanks.
