Flax only for how long?

Mostly it will depend on your existing glycogen stores. Both in the muscles and liver. If you didn't eat any carbs the evening before, woke up in the morning to 45-60min. of fasted cardio, and ate nothing but flax oil (and H2O) for 6 meals I think you'd surely be in ketosis by the end of the day.
Oh yeah, you'll probably feel like ass. But I suppose that goes without saying.

Thanks for the info and reply bro..................

I was on a clean keto diet for two weeks and hardly saw any purple on the pee strips. I was working out hard at the same time 6 days a week.
Exercise eats up the ketones for energy, so there is nothing to spill into the urine.

No...
Ketosis is a diet and it took me months to adjust to it

You need to find many sources of fats and not just one.
Flax also has fiber. Some would argue with this but I think fiber should be limited to 25g a day. I see no reason to get more

Use a high protein , high fat low carb diet. At first you willbe tired and lethargic. You may even get sick...
Just stick with it and you will see the benefits later.

I am about to try and get into Ketosis, and I want to do it as fast as possible.

Can I just keep taking 2-3 Tbs of Flax oil every 2-3 hours (substitute for regular meals)?

Do I just keep doing this until I am "in"

How long does this method usually take?

Any Help Would Be Much Appreciated............................

Crystal Light will kick you out as it qill spike your insulin. Increase your protein, have fibrous veg a lot of them and flax and you should be there I think 3 to 4 days if your glycogen stores are low enough, one of the guys would probably find you the one that you can do for 3 to 4 days then refeed yourself. But keep protein high. Oh yes you can drink winny. LOL

I thought the whole Aspartame spiking insulin was disproven...................

I don't have to drink it, but it sure is a nice change from 2-3 gallons of plain H2O ED.

I have stopped since i am using more carbs that are associated with weight loss such as grapefruit juice and yogurt. But I found it to (at first) to make me lethargic and it will cause you to have lower lifts in the gym. I did get sick and then it hit me. I just swallow d-biotin pills and I eat alot of coconut , tree nuts tuna and fish oils, flax seeds and steak. Sometimes chicken wil still have the fatty skin on it as well.

After a while , I did get adjusted and I can have a good workout on less carbs. I use for weight loss , but with increased carbs , it can be used for bulking as well

But you need to find lots of sources of fats , not just 1
