Lean and hard, always. No signs of gyno, hard nipples. If you are worried, take flax oil only, since it's processed and 99% pure. Perhaps flax seed is proported to contain phytoestrogens or something, though never heard of it. Soy does, but those phytoestrogens actually help block estrogen. I eat a lot of soy, too. Great for pumps and blood flow.
Although flax seeds themselves contain lignans, a class of phytoestrogens considered to have antioxidant and cancer-preventing properties,[10][11][12] the extracted linseed oil does not contain the lignans found in flax seed,[10] and therefore does not have the same antioxidant properties.
I can find nothing about fish oil and estrogen, but:
One thing which flax contains and fish oil does not are lignans. Lignans are phytoestrogens which bind to estrogen receptors in the body. Some claim flax oil increases estrogen production in men. However, this popular misconception isn’t true. Although phytoestrogens can also bind to estrogen receptors, their estrogenic activity is much weaker than endogenous estrogens, and they may actually block or antagonize the effects of estrogen in some tissues.
But again, all the research I have read indicates that phytoestrogens are like nolva - they bind to estrogen receptors and block it.
But again, I think flax oil (extract) does not contain phytoestrogens.
However, if fish oil causes estrogenic sides, then maybe DHA EPA, etc have some kind of effect.
