ok i just got some fish oil and flax oil yesterday
and it tastes horrible but that's ok sacrifice is just a part of the bigger picture.
anyways, i was just wondering when do i take this stuff?
i am currently lifting 3x/week
cardio and some sauna sitting 2x/week
do abs on all 5 days.
should i take a spoon of each of these as soon as i wake up? should i take them separately? should i take them immediately before workout? immediately after workout?
should i just throw a spoon of both in my protein shake and down it in the shake itself?
what do you guys suggest?
