Flat Pecs Help

Gday guys.
first post here, hopefully many more to come.
looking for some answers here.

Basically been working out for quite a while, every part of my body im pretty happy with, but like alot im sure one mucle hard to tone/define are the lower pecs.

What are the best excersises or best way to get a flat chest?

Ive attached a pic of what my chest currently looks like, and a pic of what id like it to look like.
any suggestions much appreciated.

now i know my chest will probably never be like that, but you get the idea. just to flatten it out more:)

i looks like you have some fat to lose... that'll shape your chest up a lil..

perfect form, <- make sure you're maximizing your pec muscle usage, and not pushing the weight w/ your shoulders and triceps (even though theres a minimal amount you have to).

you've got a pretty good base shape, your pecs could look awesome. lots of incline, decline, flat benching, and DIPS <- ELBOWS OUT!!!

Hit up some flat BB benchpresses. Get alot stronger on these and you will have results.
I heard somewhere before that all Serge Nubret really did for chest is flat BB, I cant recall where though.
 
I would try some dumbell presses and dips always a good pec workout..But keep this in mind...Put your arms tight to your side and look at your chest..Then lift your arms out and flex your lats you will see that your chest will look more wider fuller and flat.So if you build your backup more you will see the differents in your chest..So add some wide arm pullups i think you will be happy with what you get in a month... This is just my opinion,but well worth a shot too...I think after you do this in the mirror you will see what i mean.I see lots of ppl with big chests but with out a wide back you wont look right... You need more size.

Hey there,

Congrats on working out hard to achieve your aims.
I have to say that shape and definition can only come if you got the muscle mass to work with in the first place. There is no point dieting down and just looking like stick and bones.
You need to put on ALOT more muscle first.
Second keep in mind that no "shaping" exercise will show definition, only a low body fat count and low water retention can achieve that.

I suggest that you bulk up and do alot of big compond movements such as bench press, load it up and increase the weight constantly.
If you keep it up for at least a year (providing diet is correct) you would put on respectable size.
You can than look at ways to reduce fat and water retention but that is another topic and there are a number of good posts on how to achieve that.

Judging by your photo you are in your teens or early 2o's it is a prime time to focus on getting as big as you can, as you have the natural testosterone levels to get great results without gear. Take advantage of this time period and do not waste time thinking about dieting down to become some skinny weed that you are not destined to become.
