LOL, No i didnt ask if the empty vial came in a satchet,lol,that would be a reason to flame my ass,..i said from what i can see in the pic(web site) it looks like the package a handy wipe comes in,Unless it just looks flat in the pic. I've got a meet on Nov 17th. Just trying to peak for it. Going for:

Squat: 580

Bench: 385 (my shoulder will never get better, and I WILL NOT have surgery, so that is basically a 1 armed lift...lol)

Deadlift: 655

Total: 1620 @ 195lbs

I am lifting raw, and will squat Oly Style w/ a high bar and a much deeper ROM. Maybe some knee wraps and a belt, but no briefs, no bench shirt, and no squat/dead suit.
