Well let's see....
I have a full-time graphic design position M-F 8:30-5pm
Go to the gym 6pm - 7:30pm (3-4 nights per week)
Update my site if I have to, write in my diary, add new pictures)
Weekends: sometimes I have photo shoots w/photographers
Most of the time I try to do errands and relax.
My workouts go something like this:
Mon: biceps and abs
Tues: legs
Wed: shoulders and calves
Friday: back and tris
I don't say that I diet. I just eat healthy foods. I don't count calories and all that. In fact I try to eat as many carbs as I can because my body seems to LOVE them! i would say I consume about 2000-2500 calories a day though.
