i have to do this for a week for my training job. its basically lots of new exercises, mostly cardiovascular, and variations to make exercises harder to give a kick ass work out... today we did four 10 min workouts, i was dripping sweat and ready to pass out, ya know... i hate cardio..
but it sux cuz i cant do my regular workout...
does anyone think ill degress this week? or, will be it like active recovery?

tons of core shit...
