Fish Oil Cap Usage Q

Picked up some fish oil caps at costco

1 softgel = 1000mg concentrated fish oil =

10 cals, 1g fat, 180mg EPA, 120mg DHA, 300mg Omega-3 fatty acids

Any advice as to how I can implement this into my supplementation?

Current stats: 6'1.5", 209lbs

The burps 2 hours later are NASTY.

I have been using Carlson's Cod Liver Oil gel caps and they don't give the burps or any after taste.

The cod liver oil is supposed to be better than just straight fish oil. At the very minimum this stuff has never given me the burps or fish breath.

Personally I go as high as 10-12 grams a day (3 caps x 4 meals) I buy the enteric (sp) coated ones so no fish burps. Another method is throwing them in the freezer, supposedly this will help with the burps.
