FirstTimer Thoughts

Hey i havn't got any gear yet, still tryna think if i want to go this way, but it looks like something i want to do, but just gonna see what thoughts people have, and what i should start off with

I'm 20 years old 21 next month, I'm 6,5ft tall, 108Kgs
I play rugby in New Zealand, already have quite a big build, i've been on Different proteins the past couple years, started of with a Mass Protein then went into Isolation protein and now i'm just doing whey with Kre-Alkalyn Creatine Pills, off and on training when i'm on i'm going everyday cardio and weights, max bench would be 120-140Kg
I'm actually off training at the moment but going back very soon, when my diets on i'm just have small portions, 6 meals a day dont tbink my diets right though, if anyone could tell me whats good that'll be great, but yeah thats my story, Thoughts on what i should start off with?

Welcome to EF!

I would suggest you start off by doing a shite load of research! Not trying to be facitous here either.

In regards to diet: 1.5 grams of protien per day per pound ( or 3-4grms of protien per kilo) of body weight min + 4500 cals a day if you are looking to bulk.

What are your goals?

Well i'm not a body builder and not wanting to be, i'm a athlete, sportsperson, basically what i want is to pack on more muscle, enhance my ability to train, perform, I've been working a hard naturally but its just up to a point where i'm not satisfied, oh and the basic want to look better as well,
I believe the best way to research something like this is to ask someone whos done it before so thats why i'm asking
I've had some people comment and say if i'm starting out and not looking for bodybuilding form then start off with an oral cycle to see how your body reacts to it and then think about the second cycle afterwards...??is this right?

Regarding doing an oral cycle first...yes and no.

That way of thinking is a bit outdated in my opinion. A good first cycle is always going to be a Test-E only cycle. If your reason behind orals is that you don't like pinning, then AAS isn't your thing. You will never have the opportunity to get all the benefits of a truly balanced cycle with oral only cycles as a be-all and end-all.

Doing a certain compound by no means qualifies someone to say they know the 'effects' of AAS as a whole. Every compound is different and can have different results. Otherwise, we would all just be injecting Test and not worrying about anythig else.

You can definitely gauge if you're gyno prone etc to SOME EXTENT, but each compound has different anabolic/androgenic properties and ratios, so you will never really know for sure what impact you will see.


Remember one important factor. It is paramount. DIET is the biggest key to any cycle. It will make or break you in terms of achieving your goals, regardless of what compound you use.
 
When I go on something i'm always commited to stay healthy, take care of my body and all, I've been given a diet which i will follow and train hard.
I've been reccommended to do a oral cycle because its my first time, 30mg of dbol a day for 8 weeks followed by 4 weeks of 100mg of clomid a day and then after get into test
what do u think?are these the things i need for the things i want?or do i get into the test e, test cyp or sustanon right away?
what do you guys think?
 
I would run a Test-E only cycle as a first cycle. Anywhere around 400-500mg EW would be fine.

A Test-E cycle can be positively targeted towards any goal. Bulking, cutting, adding some lean mass. It's all dependent on diet and routine.
 
So do you think a oral cycle is a waste of time? Why would people do that if it is?even just to start off with?...
cause i'm thinking of starting of with a Dbol cycle with Clomid after that do a test only cycle..wise?

All I saw was your age and I stopped reading. First off your natty test levels are so supperior right now you dont need anything. Train to failure with strict movements, get plenty of rest and recovery, and eat eat eat!. FOR THE NEXT 3 YEARS.
 
I'm not looking to get HUGE, I'm not a body builder, and not looking to be on this looong time, but want to get a boost from what i'm doing now
 
I have read a personal journal by Arthur Jones. All his tests on his farm which Ray Mentzer had let me read. It was never published. What I just said is fact. If I could go back I would do what I just told you. You will be rewarded with better and greater results in the long run. But? If you dont want to listen to reason then you're disowned.
 
Thanks for your input, just real eager to be better you know, and natural is just not doing it for me, i'm always off and on and not sticking to my workout, diets and stuff, I just think roids will get me motivated, amped to get things done, as long as better results..???

Thats the problem right there, steroids cant motivate you, they cant get you to eat your food and get you to go to the gym.
they will help facilitate and improve the things mentioned above,
But the motivation well it comes from within
 
Oh definitely I agree, But knowing that steroids is something u need to stick to, it'll motivate me to stick to it you know what i mean?
