First workout in a long while today.

Lestat

MVP
EF VIP
Did wide grip pull down
squats
skull crushers
curls

was ready to puke after the squats, but stuck around to at least get back into the routine.

I won't embarass myself further by mentioning the amount of weight I was working with.

Looking in the mirrow isn't quite as fun anymore :(

thats awesome dude good for you, it's always good to get back at it.

you never feel shitty or like you didn't do anything after a day at the gym.

Costochondritis can also been found as an overuse injury in athletes, in particular this condition has been identified in competitive rowers.

Costochondritis can also be found after a traumatic injury. For example, a car accident where the driver's chest strikes the steering wheel can cause costochondritis by injuring the ribs and cartilage on the front of the chest.

Viral infections, usually upper respiratory infections, have also been identified as a cause of costochondritis.

So, which one is the culprit? I'm guessing the upper respiratory infection, since you're not an "athlete", and we would've heard if you'd been in an accident.

Hmm?

good job lestat

is that like a circuit workout>?
you've got one exercise for back, legs, tris and bis
seems random
lumberg trains this way and I always questioned it

Good for you bro. now get outh there and party with some half naked chicks this weekend and send me the pics post haste!

Good luck to you bro. I just got back into the gym myself.

wood luck getting back into the swing of things!

A lot of us suffer from injuries/ailments here. I'm a mess. I stay consistent going to the gym but now use only light weight & high reps for some exercises.

I broke my ankle a long time ago. Kept going to the gym but then eventually quit working out, and gained a shit load of weight. I learned my lesson.

Even if it is going to the gym to ride the bike I am there.

I thought when men stop working out they lose weight?

I hurt it doing seated rows on a machine. It put a lot of pressure on my chest and I heard "pop" since then there has been inflamation where my ribs connect to my sternum.

Yeah, I got my best gains doing an HST routine, which is a full body workout but done 3x per week. You end up doing the same overall volume, but you do chest 3x per week instead of one. It was the onely routine that reall put any size on me.

We lose muscle and if juicing we loose weight but we are creatures of habit and keep eating like we are on cycle.

anti inflamatories, but they don't do shit. pain is intermittant and only certain movements and exercises bring it on. very frustrating.
