First try w/ LiquiClen...does this sound right?

I've been a good Noobie and done my homework on the board...

Here's what i've got so far; let me know if I'm missing anything (Might make a good future sticky as lots of folks seem to be trying LiquiClen)


2 Weeks on, 2 Weeks off:

Days 1-2: 20
3-4: 40
5-6: 60
7-9: 80
10-12: 40
12-14: 20

Take it with OJ, Lemon Juice, or mixed with PowerAde/GatorAid

Good to add (due to cramps/etc):
500mg Potassium Gluconate/day
500mg Taurine/day
2000mg Vitamin C/day

Keep your diet clean and keep the cardio up (any recommendations on cardio level.. is my regulat lifting and cardio enough?) Should I expect only cutting or some gains as well?

Looks good to me, just make sure you do 2 week on and 2 weeks off - try StimulantX on your 2 weeks off. The cardio/training can stay the same as your regular deficit diet, and expect fat-loss.
 
Have you ever tried to do cardio on clen? You'll pass out. I get dizzy just from sex. Your doses are too low also. Unless your a girl, not being a smart ass. Thats the cycle my girl does. except she goes to 100mcg daily. You also don't need to pyramid down. Cycle it like this. Because its your first time start low.

day1 80mcg
day2 90mcg
day3 100mcg
day4 110mcg
day5 120mcg
day6 130mcg
day7 140mcg
day8 150mcg
day9 160mcg
day10-14 170mcg
180mcg is optional, if sides are tolerable.

You may cramp the first day or two. Deal. You will be shakey for the first week. But all will go away by week two. Then get ready because you are going to cut up. I am taking time off. I just went 12 weeks 2on 2off, three times. I lost 25lbs. Went from 220 lbs, 20 %bf, to 195 lbs lean as fuck, and 13%bf. My arms got bigger, chest locks awesome. All the weight was fat. its almost all gone. Little on my lower back and stomach.

AG GUYS clen is great too. Other clen gives me headaches. You can go high on dosage on ag guys clen. If you have something else you may want to reconsider the doses, maybe just a little less. My first clen cycle was like the one you suggested. Then i meet my buddy, he laughed at ay doses. He does cycle like the one I have suggested, so I tried them loss hella. I had the same side effects on the lite cycle as I did on the heavy one. I'm telling you go big or go home on clen. The sides suck so bad, you have to do as much as reasonably possible. I'm telling you the sides are going to suck, but you have to deal with them. The results by far, out weigh the sides.
 
cv on cuts i like to do cv 2x per day for 4 days a week (ie. evenings after weights as well as am) and then another 1 or 2 morning runs or evening HIT sessions when not doingw eights which makes 10x per week. fat drips off especially when you are 500-1000cals below maintence on cals as well

Thanks for the advice. Seems i'm getting conflicting, some people are doing cardio, some not. I am a guy (no offense taken) are those doseages too high form someone under 200lbs?
 
I only had sides for a few days. Well at least the headaches and cramps. I take 3g's of Taruine and ass loads of potassium tabs.

A also do cardio 2x a day 5 days a week without any problems. Hell I even throw in an ECA stack once and a while for the energy. No problems at all.

As stated above, up the doses. I took it like this:

Day 1 : 60mg
Day 2 : 80mg
Day 3 : 100mg
Day 4 : 120mg
Day 5 : 140mg
Day 6 : 160mg
Day 7-10 : 180mg
Day 10-17 : 200mg

It's potent as heck...I wouldn't go over 100mcg with clen anyways. Some people do have a tolerance to clen and have to go with higher dosages.
 
Everyone's different. Start small at like 40-60 mcg a day. Ramp it up until your body reaches it's tolerance level. Most say to stop around 200mcg a day though. Also, you should take more taurine. I would suggest at least 2g a day. Most reccommend 3-5. Also drink water like no tomorrow.
Take it all at once in the morning. If you do cardio do it either later in the evening or in the morning before you take clen.
 
I use a 1 mL, syringe. You can get 2 bottles and that will last 12 weeks. 180,????? i really don't know. i would just do the one i told you. When you start taking the high high doses, watch your side effects. When they get be too much to handle, go 10mcgs less then that. Finish off the 2 weeks with that dose.
 
Maybe a dumb question, but will this negatively impact my current supplements (NO2 and CE2)? I wouldn't think so, as long as I stay hydrated?
 
What about taking clen with creatine???
And when taking clen and T3, you can just mix it into a bottle of gatorade???

Clen with creatine should be ok, both can dehydrate you so just drink enough water.
You could but I don't think gatorade is all that worth while. It's just calored suger water and you should be watching your sugar if cutting. Just take it with a glass of water. It's not that bad, kind of like a bad shot of liquor.
 
Im on day 14 of clen. I want to do one more EC cycle. Should i start that tommorow? or should i run clen another 4 days, then Ec?
