first timer

Hi everybody just got 500 dbols how should i spread the cycle i was told to take 6 a day. 3 in the morning with one meal then 3 more with my last meal. I weigh 165 and im 5"10.
 
30-35mgs every day should be good for a first timer but i would throw in some deca/test also...what mg are your d-bols? and stats would help 2
 
I have a feeling if you do a d-bol only cycle that when you come off you will lose almost all of the gains...most of the gains from dbol is water retention and that is always the first to go
 
The dbols need to be split up 3 times a day preferably.

Concerning the above posts - dbol is probably not the best drug for a first timer as retaining gains can be difficult for the inexperienced (generally people who post this don't know much about training either although they think they do - hopefully you aren't one of these). If you insist on using alone I suggest clomid and tapering the dosage off as low as 5mg EOD in the am.

Incidentally, many non-heavy users get very solid effects from 15-25mg daily with 25mg being the high end. There is no need for a total novice to run it at 30mg+, especially if additional drugs are combined. I know several very competant lifters who have never exceeded 25mg even when taken alone.
 
The dbols are 5mg how many weeks should i be on them
will i get any side effects
should i take clomid and how
 
Yes you should take clomid, as D-bol does shut your Hpta down and I would not run the d-bol any longer than 4 -6 weeks at a time.
 
of course it will help with your gains... food=The most Anabolic Substance on this earth, so eat up....but you should hold off on your cycle until you can stack it with a injectable.
