The dbols need to be split up 3 times a day preferably.
Concerning the above posts - dbol is probably not the best drug for a first timer as retaining gains can be difficult for the inexperienced (generally people who post this don't know much about training either although they think they do - hopefully you aren't one of these). If you insist on using alone I suggest clomid and tapering the dosage off as low as 5mg EOD in the am.
Incidentally, many non-heavy users get very solid effects from 15-25mg daily with 25mg being the high end. There is no need for a total novice to run it at 30mg+, especially if additional drugs are combined. I know several very competant lifters who have never exceeded 25mg even when taken alone.
